Park News - (8/6/09) While we’ve talked about all the doom and gloom possibly on the horizon for the PARC Mananagement parks, we have heard that Wild Waves has possibly been having one of their all time best attendance years, aided by some extra hot weather this summer.
(7/22/09) According to a reader, Wild Waves hit an all time attendance high on Monday as the park packed in somewhere over 14,000 people. Of course it helped that the park was holding a free admission for Military members on that day, but high attendance is still a good thing.
 2010 - Park Improvements - (4/21/10) RCoasterAlley has posted a picture showing off the repainted Wild Thing coaster at Wild Waves.
(3/26/10) The official Wild Waves Facebook page has posted a bunch of pictures showing off the various rehab projects taking place this off-season. Included is a picture of Wild Thing where it looks like they’ve begun repainting it to have Yellow track instead of Green.
(3/22/10) PARC Management confirmed to Wild Waves fans on Facebook that while no new attraction was on the way to the park this season they would be spending some time and money into ‘refreshing the park’, adding more cabanas to the wave pool area, new paint for the Wild Thing and more.
(1/22/10) A local source reports that Wild Waves will not be adding anything new to the park this year. On the positive side, they wont be removing anything either.
