2027 - Jörmungandr / Intamin Hot Racer - Rumor - (6/5/2026) A quick video post from Coaster Chall shows off the latest construction work taking place at Djurs Sommerland. This is for the yet-to-be announced new roller coaster, expected to be an launched Intamin Hot Racer coaster (aka: Intamin’s single rail version of an RMC Raptor). The Norse themed ride’s name is expected to be “Jörmungandr” (“Midgard Serpent”) when it opens for the 2027 season.

    (4/10/2026) A logo has been added to a construction wall at Djurs Sommerland for the park’s new Intamin Hot Racer single rail coaster. According to the construction wall the 2027 addition will be called Midgardsormen.

    (3/22/2026) I’m not sure how legit or locked-in this may be right now, but a post on Twitter claims that Djurs Sommerland is planning on building a new Intamin Hot racer (single rail) roller coaster.
    Anyone know more?
